I am a Information Technology Consultant with more than 24 years of experience. During my long career, I worked for almost 14 years for the (then) prestigious IT services firm, EDS. After that I founded my own services firm which primarily served the Central and Eastern Pennsylvania areas providing Information Technology services to small and medium sized businesses.

As a sole proprietor, I still continue to serve the small and medium-sized business markets in Central PA, but have recently expanded services to include residential, Small Office Home Office(SOHO) and Commonwealth of PA customers. I see the residential and small business markets as both rapidly growing and underserved by competent, customer focused IT professionals. I expect to see growth in this customer base due to reduced cost and increased availibility of advanced network equipment, technology and services coupled with the continued increase in the numbers of small businesses and their use of Information Technology as an enabling tool for business.

I operate on a philosophy I learned at EDS; total commitment to and balancing of customer, people, and business. I measure success not only by the bottom line but by customer satisfaction and confidence, employee morale and low atrition, and repeat business and customer retention.
